At The Gecko Crawler, your satisfaction is our priority. If anything is wrong with your product within 1 year of purchase, we will provide a full refund or replacement—no questions asked.


1-Year Protection Guarantee

If your Gecko Crawler arrives damaged, defective, or stops working properly anytime within 12 months, simply contact us and we will:

  • Send a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference

We stand behind the quality of our products and ensure every customer receives a working, reliable item.


Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You are covered if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item does not work as described

  • The gecko robot stops functioning within 1 year

  • You received the wrong item

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not covered.

No returns are required unless specifically requested for inspection.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement
